The Next Commerce Accelerator (NCA) is a Startup investment fund and Accelerator, based in Hamburg.

Since 2017 our approach as an accelerator and investor has been very service-oriented, providing full support through a proactive partnership, such as operational help in core business development tasks along with product and tech reviews to make our startups successful.

Job-Description

We are looking for a passionate marketing manager, who will help us to further expand and develop our marketing, communication and brand.

Your Job:

• Keep our community engaged through social media and newsletters
• Improve our web presence
• Tell our story
• Track and measure our marketing initiatives.
• Support our own events (i.e. Innovation Day etc.)
• Expand our brand in Europe by using online and offline communication tools
• Review and execute a marketing strategy
• Build new marketing and communication channels

What We Expect From You:

• Ability to develop and implement content strategies that resonate with our target audience
• Skilled in using design tools like Canva, WordPress, Photoshop, and InDesign for both web and print projects
• Experience with Email-Marketing Tools, such Mailchimp, for crafting and managing newsletters
• A genuine passion for marketing
• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong communication abilities.
• Fluency in both English and German
• Operational experience in developing and executing social media strategies
• Talent for crafting compelling content that engages and converts
• Proficient in creating impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint & Google Slides
• Knowledge of SEO principles and practices to enhance our web visibility
